We provide a demo website to our clients so they can assess our work quality and feel confident before committing to our services. At ByteRoots, every project is important to us, and we handle each one with the utmost professionalism. We always strive to deliver the desired project to our clients on time. However, if you are not satisfied or change your plan regarding the project and seek a refund, please review your eligibility based on our refund policy listed below:
Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved by our team.
Delay in Delivery: If you experience a delay in project delivery beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, not due to client-related delays or changes in project requirements.
Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered work and can provide evidence of substantial issues not present in the agreed-upon project scope.
Cancellation Period: If you cancel your project within the first three (3) days of placing your order with ByteRoots.
Please note that any third-party fees or expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees) are non-refundable.
When you decide to hire us for any of our services, you are required to make a 30% payment in advance. If you choose to cancel the project within 2 days of making the advance payment, this 30% payment is fully refundable. However, please note that if you cancel the project after 2 days of making the advance payment, the advance payment will not be refundable.
Full Refund: In cases where the project has not been started or has not been delivered according to the agreement, a full refund will be provided.
Partial Refund: If the project work has already begun and you decides to cancel the project midway, 25% of the total advance payment will not be refundable.
No Refund: If full payment is received after successful delivery of the project and then you wants to cancel the project, the entire amount will be non-refundable.
ByteRoots reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy without prior notice. We encourage all clients, both existing and new, to review this policy periodically. By continuing to use our services after any changes to this policy, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
